In addition to the Marrickville gym, North Sydney classes are still operating at 224-230 Falcon Street PCYC 2060 North Sydney.

Saturday: BJJ at 8. 30am to 10. 00am
The first introductory class is free. 
We encourage also women and children to try out since BJJ offers a tremendous cross-training benefits emphasizing aerobic, anaerobic conditioning, fitness and is also very effective in self defence.

Hello - can you tell us about the Instructors please

The 3 main instructors at Gracie Oceania are all BJJ black belts.

1) Mario Yokoyama is the main instructor, BB 1st degree under Ryan Gracie Jiu Jitsu.
2) Cassio Valdez, BB under Sul Jiu Jitsu (Porto Alegre South Brazil)
3) Adriano Magnani, BB under Brazilian Top Team.

They are all active MMA fighters also.  Good instructors, very technical.  Recently Prof Mario went to compete the South Brazilian BJJ championship with few other students.  He won gold in his weight division and silver in open weight (he is only around 67-70kg).
This performance has been featured in different local newspaper such as Mosman and Inner West Courier.
