Never argue with an idiot. They bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Pet name for PED's in the 70's

You wash your car and it looks great, but the wax adds the final element.

I guess I am reasonably lucky at the gym I train at, although admittedly I train during offpeak times so probably miss a lot of annoying stuff.

Most of what I see is just douchebaggy type things that while either amusing or annoying they don't actually impact my workout so aren't worth getting worked up about.

I do get annoyed at people leaving weights on equment.

And leaving locker doors open, it think to myself; "what? You worked out so hard you are unable to close the door?  ???

People who chat to someone whilst they are training
Spilling chalk
Using too much chalk
Asking where the chalk is
Complaining the chalk ran out
Using children's chalk because we have none
Saying they could have gone harder with chalk
Spotters who lift the bar on one side so the squatter nearly goes arse over
People who don't squat to depth but can
Body of odour
Wearing no courtesy pants over their skins
Guys who do curls in general
Guys who take 15 minutes putting on weightlifting shoes, wrist wraps then do a thousand warm up sets

Rant
