Yea, at the moment, I can go eat when ever I want :) I'm still learning on the calories side of things,

But in time will get there, i've actually been throwing some peanut butter sandwiches in there aswell.

Any suggestions or critiques, I don;t mind, i need more advice.

Regarding supp choices, there are better options (imo) - however I'm not saying that they're a bad product, there's just a better route.

Mass gain shakes are rubbish (imo) and misleading + the creatine thread that you made earlier. But it's up to you really.

Is the work you do highly physical? As this will have an impact on what foods to eat etc.

Cut the bread out... Better sources of carbohydrates out there like Sweet Potato
