Jamie Te Huna, Lucas Brown, George Sotiropoulos and Hector Lombard are my favourite local fighters

At the moment Dan Hardy. All time fave is a tie between Frank Shamrock and Matt Serra. Fave local would be Kyle Noke.

Brock Lesnar. He used to be a pro wrestler.

Yeah, it's very unusual to see such a big guy moving so quickly and crisply. Lesnar V Carwin is gonna be massive.

Do it mate. One of my biggest regrets is not starting BJJ earlier in life :(

my little toe hurts!!

i had tendonitis in left and right shoulders. I have to be really carfull with them now. if i have someone lying on top of my and my arm is out in the wrond position it makes the pain unbearable the next day and I loose all use of my arm for week.
it happened after a session of mma...that's why i switched to muay thai...

the position i'm talking about is like when you have your arms out doing military press...imagine that you are lying on the ground like that with someone on top of your joint...i also cant scratch my back with my right arm...it doesnt go around that far anymore..if I'm carefull i can stil train with weights...but very wary...i cant lift much with my shoulders anymore...

plus i currently have bicep tendonitis...

i think its called getting old ;D and years of heavy lifting...

I hear you mate - and it aint worth it just for fun. The worst part about BJJ is you WILL pick up injuries.
