Kevbrs,

The Lebrada stuff is pretty good.  I used to work in a supp store and Lebrada SuperCharge was our number 1 selling pre-workout formula.

I just got back from the gym....and i had a sample of Labrada Super Charge half and hour prior to training (I had the full sachet)....didn't do much for me. Didn't even get an energy rush out of it :o

I find No Xplode to be better. (IMO) or Biocharge if you are after the mental focus without the caffeine.

Today I had a sample (6 pills) of iSatori Morph.

I wasn't expecting much at all after yesterday's flop (labrada super charge)....and I surprised as to how hard I trained. I wasn't speedy or anything like it, yet I was focused and really looking forward to the next set. Usually after I finish doing back and bi I do my abs and today I felt I could keep on going forever.

I didn't sleep that well last night so I wasn't overly rested or anything..... so I would think it has to do with the product doing what it says.

I would definitely use it again.

I have those samples, the Morph and Supercharge which i will review this week. Friday i was on call from work and had to go in Friday night so training was out. Weekend work as well. I will be training Monday. I have almost a 60hr week coming up and hoping for some more workout intensity with the pre-workout drinks i have. I have 5 different ones on hand plus others coming. Also i am going to expand the thread with RTD's and Sport drinks, bars and breakfast items. This does depend on the suppliers.

1st reviews are in. Today i did chest only as i wanted to review Labrada Super Charge Xtreme N.O. and ProV60 and here are my thoughts.
I will give a star rating for the criteria. one star the lowest and five star the highest.

Super Charge Xtreme N.O. Fruit Punch. 32 gram serve
Taste 4 STARS
Mixability 5 STARS
Digestability 5 STARS
Pump 3 STARS
Vascular improvement 3 STARS
Increase in workout or intensity 3 STARS
General comments, after trying various workout drinks in the past this one actualy tasted good and mixed easily with no gritty sandy bits. I did not change this workout from my usual one. Had a chest pump and vascular improvement, had a few veins showing after workout. Will be good to compare with others in the reviews. This is the bench mark for the moment.
PROV60 Chocalate Cream. 40 gram serve.
Taste 5 STARS
Mixability 5 STARS
Digestability 5 STARS
General comments. Nice and creamy. I could use this every day 3 times a day. If only you could buy a 10lb bag.
Whats being tested toomorow? Watch this space.

Thanks for that Aussie. I hear that the Labrada proteins are very nice tasting? I think with the pre-workout product its a horses for courses thing.

the super charge flavour (fruit punch) was really nice! the only problem with me was that it didn't do anything...

Prov60 looks good. Similar breakdown to Optimum pro complex, but a little cheaper and easier to find yeah?

Pro Complex isn't to hard to find but it's not a price leader like Gold Standard Whey and Gainer which is a 12lb bag.

Aussie...would you rate this up there with Dymatize Energised Expand? I like energized expand but it seems to be losing its potency on me...I only have a scoop twice a week before 2 main workouts

Before bed protein drink review.
Urban Muscle Platinum Blend Chocolate.
Taste 4 STARS
Mixability 5 STARS
Digestability 5 STARS
General comments. Not as strong or rich flavour. Tastes very natural like a cocoa taste. Quite nice.
