Chad, living in Thailand.  Hard to get back into powerlifting as a proper gyms are expensive.   I have found a cheap gym but if there are a few people there they run out of weights.I have had to get creative with my training.  I now use weighted barrels, body weight and kettlebell exercises.

G'day Everyone,

I'm a bald, old dude (to the young whipper snappers)
Ok not that old (40ish)

176 cm tall (5 foot 8 inches)
112 kg

Best lifts so far -

BP 185kg
SQ 210kg
DL 205kg(no straps)
DL 220ish (straps)
All RAW.

Hoping to crack the 200kg in BP, 2012. Last attempt (2009) ended with double shoulder surgery?
But coming back strong!
Living on the EP in SA makes training and finding training partners difficult, but I manage to move forward.
Have been slowly making up my shed gym and its getting there just a couple more toys to go.

I am weightlifting since 18th February 2011 and my lifts are:

Bench Press: 60kgx1 (few months ago), right now: 55x2
Deadlift: 105kgx1
