Hey all,
Dan from Sydney, 32, been training on and off for about 10 years, no super supplements. After doing high volume, once per week for the majority of this time, now doing low volume twice per week and enjoying the change. Love to train, diet is a disgrace and sleep all over the shop so no doubt results not what they could be. I'm a shift worker whose hours are all over the place so I train at home.
Might start a training log on this site soon, hoping for a little encouragement so on those days I pull a 18 hour shift people can tell me to lose the pea heart and get out there and lift like I mean it!
Never argue with an idiot. They bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Yeah the shiftwork makes it interesting, but that's the good thing about low volume training. I do a DoggCrapps style of session after work so I can have my session done in about 30-40 minutes. My sessions on days off are based on Iron Man HIT training, so they're a little longer but not much. The 2 programs combined well together and suit my hours, and results are good so far.

Great site guys, hope it takes off.
I'm from the ACT, More of a body shaper than BBer. Too many genetic flaws  ;)
As well as injuries from footy.

Been training on and off for 4 years, and seriously since November 2004. 87kg ATM, but want to drop BF, increase arm size and develop more of a V-Taper.

Cheers
