AIS

Let me kick off first!

I've been to Canberra for 5 years now and i've been to a few gyms around town.

Anyway, AIS is my second home now, and it has been good to me. Got a few photos and this is how it looks like.

By the way, i'd love to train at the Althete gym, it's massive, nothing compare to this one (Although we have newer weights).

Nice..The gym I was at in England was balls to the wall old school style gym...All sweat and tears with no remorse for anyone..If you ain't here to train, follow the exit sign to the door.....
What's done is done!!

Why not go nicely before things get really dark

I'm here to kick ass and chew bubblegum, but right now, I'm all out of bubblegum!!!!!!

it just looks really weird having a desk/small office set up right beside the squat rack.

Normally there is a fitness instructor there to look after the place, that's why there's a desk :)
