Did you identify some issues you can correct? It's sometimes very hard to see them yourself.

Heck yes.  I wasnt drilling my heels in the floor i was drilling my toes which was putting me off balance.  Also I wasnt sticking my but out if that makes sense.  Anyway... It should all be good now.

I have the book starting Strength 2nd edition and have read up about squating.  I have also checked out A heap of instructional vids.  I videoed myself and couldnt see anything wrong. 


Kindred do you remember where you got your starting strength book from and how much it cost you?

I cant remember the cost.

Check out the Starting Strength wiki.  Just type it into google and it should come up lots of useful info there.
